-This is a “turnkey” yacht in outstanding condition ready to take cruising & enjoy over the summer, shake her down & get her ready for Cat 1 before next season

-The owner’s Aft cabin has a private en-suit bathroom, the second double cabin is the large forward V-berth with access to its own head and shower, another 2 berths are available in the saloon making accommodation available for up to 6 people

-In the galley there is a 3-burner late gas model stove & 12v fridge and freezer, an additional fridge/freezer is situated below forward in the V-berth

-Hot water comes from a brand new 240v shore power or engine heated Isotherm hot water cylinder

-The sail wardrobe consists of main, genoa and inner jib, all have had little use since fitted 4 years ago, the headsails are on roller furlers, there is also an asymmetric spinnaker/gennaker in a sock for easy two-handed sailing

-The engine is a 50hp Perkins 4108 that runs well, it has done approx. 5500hours, the prop is a 3-blade feathering Maxprop on a shaft

-The electronics include B&G auto pilot, wind instrument, depth sounder & Garmin chart plotter and Icom VHF, the house batteries are charged via engine alternator, solar panels, a400w wind generator or through a Mastervolt 2400w inverter/charger from 240v shore power

-The anchoring system is a 30kg Bruce with spare, 70m chain and 30m of rope that operates through the Lewmar windlass

-Fuel tank is rated at 170l water at 227l, (there is a water maker on board, but this will need service before being put in use again

-A tender is included being a near new roll up 2.85m Aqua Marina Aircat & a 3.3hp outboard
